✨ Otter Media Small Business Playbook & Cultural Report OVERVIEW We developed a comprehensive social media playbook to support small businesses navigating the challenges of COVID-19. The initiative provided a complete guide and template toolkit designed to help brands maintain visibility, communicate effectively, and grow their audiences during a period of global disruption. Alongside the playbook, we created a visual editorial guide exploring how lifestyle and culture evolved in the post-pandemic landscape—translating research and insight into a bold, illustration-driven storytelling system focused on clarity, accessibility, and impact.
